Lutfia joined the NLC team in September 2023 as the Frontend Web Developer Intern in the IT team. She has a Bachelor in Banking and Finance, and a Masters in Development Studies. Early in 2023 she joined and finished a Full Stack Development bootcamp in Amsterdam and currently building her career in web development. Her past work experience has always revolved around the same theme: impact creation. From being a researcher for poverty alleviation initiatives, to business development of a crowdfunding platform for marginalized farmers. She aspire to a career that not just benefits herself, but also other people’s welfare.
