Thais joined NLC in September 2023, where she currently plays an integral role in expanding the company's investor network and providing valuable support to its ventures on finance-related matters. Concurrently, she is in the final stages of completing her Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration with a Minor in Neuroeconomics at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In addition to her academic pursuits, Thais serves as a dedicated Board Member for the university's Asset Management Study Association, where she assumes a leadership role in overseeing its activities. Prior to her role at NLC, Thais gained valuable experience as a Finance Intern at Coty, Amsterdam, where she honed her financial acumen and contributed to the company's success. Furthermore, she exemplifies her commitment to social responsibility as a former Board Member of Por un Peru Mejor, a non-governmental organization dedicated to advancing the education of underprivileged Peruvian children. Thais is fluent in Spanish and English, enabling her to seamlessly navigate diverse international environments and communicate effectively with stakeholders from various backgrounds
