Open Fund

NLC Health Impact Fund

The NLC Health Impact Fund is NLC's newest and largest fund. With its target size of €100M, it invests in a highly diversified portfolio of between 80 to 90 ventures. The fund invests from the pre-seed stage when value creation and return potential are highest, with the potential to allocate up to €9M per company in follow-on financing for the most successful ventures up until Series A and B. The fund provides (institutional) investors access to healthcare innovations, carefully selected and built by NLC. The NLC Health Impact fund is SDFR-9 compliant and supports UN sustainable development goals 3, 9, and 17.

Note: The Fund invests in privately-held companies active in the healthcare sector through equity and quasi-equity instruments. Investments in the NLC Health Impact Fund are illiquid in nature. The Health Impact Fund is an actively managed fund and is not managed based on a Benchmark Index.
